1. RELATIONSHIP TO MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT & CLIENT DATA
If you are a paying client: If you are a paying client of BlackThumb Solutions, your relationship with us is primarily governed by the Master Service Agreement (MSA) you signed. In the event of any direct conflict between this Privacy Policy and the terms of your MSA, the terms of the MSA shall control.
A Note on "Client Data" (Processor vs. Controller): This Privacy Policy applies to the data we collect from you (our direct customer or website visitor). It does not apply to the data you collect from your own customers ("Client Data") using the GoHighLevel sub-account we provide.
You (The Client): are the "Data Controller" for your customers' data and are solely responsible for creating your own privacy policy and ensuring your data collection is compliant.
We (BlackThumb Solutions): act as a "Data Processor" for that data. Our obligations regarding Client Data are governed by the Master Service Agreement.
2. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
